GoPlaces Terms of Service Last updated: April 7, 2025 Welcome to GoPlaces: Travel with Friends! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) and services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read them carefully before using GoPlaces. By using GoPlaces, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use our Services. 1. Who We Are GoPlaces helps you plan trips, collaborate with friends, and keep all your travel details in one place. The App is operated by GoPlaces (goplac.es). 2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use GoPlaces. If you're under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. 3. Account and Security You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring any information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. 4. Acceptable Use You agree to use GoPlaces only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: Upload or share content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any law. Use the App in a way that could interfere with its normal operation. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or to our systems. 5. User Content You may upload trip information, images, notes, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your content but give us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You are solely responsible for your User Content and must have the rights to post it. Availability and Changes We may update or suspend the App at any time, including to add or remove features. We’re not liable if the App is unavailable for any reason. 8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability GoPlaces is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the App but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoPlaces is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. 10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms occasionally.
